SAM NICHOLSON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sr. Vice President of Construction for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Mr. Nicholson is also President of Grand Canyon Construction Inc..   Mr. Nicholson formerly held positions on boards of the Arizona Chapter of the American Red Cross, Sierra Vista Hospital Board, and served with many organizations such as the Special Olymics, Boys and Girls Club of America and is the founder of the "Keep it Alive" Foundation, inspired the many teens and adults who have gone through the program and "Pay it Forward" in their own communities.


AMY HUNTER - DIRECTOR
Las Vegas, Nevada

Ms. Hunter has over 12 years experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training and Communications in the United States, Canada and Mexico.  Most recently providing services for clients such as Bally Technologies, VSR Industries, Dana Corporation,  Silverton Resort and Casino, The Siegel Group, Duetsche bank, the Related Group and many more.

Ms. Hunter is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a BA degree in Finance and Management as well as a Masters Degree in Administration and Human Resources.

Over the last eight years, Ms. Hunter has also worked or served for many non-profit organizations such as the "I Have A Dream" foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Las Vegas.


JEAN ELLSWORTH - DIRECTOR
Las Vegas, Nevada

A Senior Human Resource Executive in the Las Vegas area, Jean has provided services all over the world.  She is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International and is an inspiration to all those who have worked with her.  Her insight and leadership has helped us gain momentum and help sponsor many individuals in their leadership training.  She is also a certified training professional and was instrumental in training and supporting a culture of success with hundreds of people she worked with over the last several years.

Jean has served or been a member of several non-profit organizations such as  Rotary Club international, Toastmasters, Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Northwest Human Resources Management Association,  Pierce County Dispute Resolution Center and District Court and the Washington Association of School Administrators.
